THE BABIES LOUNGE

Mondays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

A little gem for new parents on the shoreline! Designed for expecting parents & new parents with babies up to one year. Young siblings welcome. Located at LYSB’s Activity Center with ample room for strollers, bucket seats, nursing moms,  diaper changing, and a kitchen for warming bottles or food.
A place to come and relax, reflect, & chat with other new parents while enjoying free coffee, snacks, guest speakers, and memory making crafts.  This program is facilitated by Kim O’Malley.  Learn more about our facilitators here.

• SESSION I: September 14 to October 5, 4 weeks, $20
  Sept 14 – First Day Meet & Greet
  Sept 21 – Bobbing for Apples Footprint Craft
  Sept 28 – Critical Skills – Guest speakers from Critical Skills Education & Training will demonstrate clearing an obstructed airway. Chat about the pros and cons of using the anti-choke devices with young children.
  Oct 5 – Fall crafting with baby
